The title says it. I tried with it for a while, and one day I checked the gauge on tires that were filled using professionally equipment, and it was about 7 lbs light. Or 12. Who could tell, darn thing jumped around so much.

The gauge is good, however the pressure reset/ bleeder valve stopped working after testing 8 tires. I followed the instructions to try and resolve the problem but no luck. That was a nice feature.

Purchase went find. Nothing more to report.

I've put a lot of faith in the ANSI certification, I hope the rest of the product holds up. I've purchased more expensive tire gauges and cheaper tire gauges and they have all failed in some form or another.

I had high hopes for this product. It appears to be solidly built. Regrettably, the second time I used it the gauge broke. I had difficulty getting it off the tire valve stem. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! It is being reurned to Amazon.

Wouldn't you know it, after a few uses while in Chiapas, Mexico from US, a simple tire pressure check in AM and it essentially fell apart. What a disaster. Trying to put it back together would be easier maybe if they provided a pboto of nozzle.

Seems well made, a great price & dead on accurate as compared with my much more expensive Ashcroft gauge. Like that the dial glows in dark & also that it holds the reading until released. Couldn't ask for more.

The packaging for the gauges that I purchase did not state the accuracy BUT did say that they are AHSI certified. That is great BUT, when I went to the ANSI site the only way to find out WHAT the ANSI certification means was I believe a $60 purchase of those. SO, what is the accuracy of the gauges?

The TireTek analog tire gauge is a great quality gauge that accurately measures the psi in my tires by the individual lb.. It is made of metal and has a substantial amount of weight to it.
I purchased it directly from the TireTek website and not Amazon because it is a known fact that many items on Amazon's website are knock-offs.

Very easy to take a measurement, and there's no guesswork about whether or not it's giving a consistent reading, unlike with pencil style gauges.

Easy to read dial, swivel "head" makes it really versatile, holds the reading until you press the release button which adds to the versatility, consistant readings, dials glows for low-light/night usage. I'd give it a perfect 5-star if it had the little "nub" on the head that you can use to release air pressure. Great value.

Delivery was well before the estimated date. The gauge is ANSI class B certified, at 2-3% and the dial is easy to read. The female end doesn't fit very snuggly around the valve stem, but is adequate with some air leakage. The support people at Tire-Tek were very responsive, but couldn't tell me how the glow dial works. It is light stimulated, possibly phosphorescent.

the gauge is simple and easy to use. build quality and dial face is perfect. reading precisely when i compare with other gauge. but need to aware for very small tire (10 inch and below) like electric scooter, a bit air loss while gauging may cause air pressure to drop 2 to 3 psi. recommended and fast delivery.

I bought one a couple years ago and fell in love with it! But today I had to order a replacement, because my first one fell apart mid-stem. I was adjusting the swiveling end of the gauge, but unwittingly I grasped the knurled connector just below the swivel and turned it. It turned very easily. The next thing I knew the top half of the stem (containing all internal valve components) came off in my hand and the parts scattered on the floor. Could not figure out to reassemble it. It is otherwise such a good project that I ordered another. But there is no need for the user to ever detach the end of the gauge by turning the knurled section, so this should be permanently secured in place at the factory. Luckily I was just routinely checking pressures; it was not a crucial situation where I would have really needed it to work.

My wife's old Brookstone gauge failed after many years, and this Tiretek looked to be a good replacement. I bought it in September, but just recently needed to use it for the first time. It has a problem I have never seen in a pressure gauge. When I take the pressure, the pressure reading won't hold. It starts dropping immediately, the lower the measured pressure, the faster it drops. That means I need to hold the gauge so I can read it as I take the pressure to get a reliable result. I can use this gauge, but it is not a quality product.

Just unboxed the product. Readings are fairly accurate, however the "glow in the dark" feature only partially lit up the unit. The top of the dial doesn't get lit up in the dark

I'm 70 YO and have gone through countless tire pressure gauges in my life. My Tire Tek gauge is superior to all of them! From the cushioned gauge, the swivel head, and the very easy-to-read pressure dial and indicator, it is truly the "Cat's Meow". Unlike most of my former gauges, I am also very confident in its accuracy.

I love everything about this tire gauge. It's easy to read & holds the reading until you clear it with the bleeder valve. The rotating chuck means you can always get the right angle for a good view of the dial while it's still on the tire. The glow in the dark face is a nice bonus. And the rubber grip protects it if you drop it and makes it easy to find in the glovebox. Best online purchase ever.

Purchased 2019-11-15, received 11/20. Nicely packed product, seems to be high quality. My old, cheap big-store gauge is off by a few psi compared to this. Will test the new gauge against another calibrated device in the near future to see if it's as accurate as claimed.

The inlet could be at a higher, or adjustable, angle as it is sometimes difficult to apply its opening to the valve at the right angle (e.g., on a motorcycle where the valve stem points straight up). I think a better (for me, anyway) solution would be to use a short, replaceable hose instead of a metal stem as in e.g., this example: https://bit.ly/2OU8oBT , at least as an option.

TireTek is a well-made tire gauge, built to last!. I bought it because car mechanics use and recommend it. I just used it for the first time today and would say I am impressed with its accuracy, the large dial and its clever design. I am so pleased the dial displays increments of 1 psi, which eliminates calculating or guessing. I am relying solely on the accuracy of this gauge for my tires because my air compressor gauge shows increments of 5-25-50, but my tires require 36 psi.

The Premium Tire Pressure Gauge is just what I needed. It has a large dial that I can easily see. It's also accurate and appears to be well made.
